Email support@codesplash.ai. For a technical issue, include your device model, operating-system version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem.

Please do not send passwords, session tokens, or private bookmark content. Include a problem URL only if it is safe to share.

Save a link

Open Bookmarks and sign in.
Open a webpage in Safari, tap Share, and choose Save to Bookmarks. If needed, enable it under Edit Actions.
Return to Bookmarks and pull down to refresh your queue.

The share action also works in compatible apps that share a web link. Saving requires an internet connection.

Organize your library

Long-press a bookmark to edit its title, list, tags, summary, or notes. In List layout, swipe to archive a bookmark or change its read status. Use Filters to find items in another list or view read and unread bookmarks.

To remove an individual bookmark, long-press it, open its editor, and choose Delete Bookmark. Archiving keeps the bookmark in your account.

Sign-in and sync problems

Check your internet connection and confirm you are using the same account on each device. Pull down to refresh the library. If the problem continues, contact support with the error message.

Account and privacy requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated library, email support@codesplash.ai from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing a request. Never include your password.

In iOS version 1.0, open Settings → Account → Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm. Successful deletion removes your account, library, extracted page content, and sign-in sessions from the active database and signs you out. This cannot be undone. Backups normally rotate over approximately seven days. Older versions and other clients can use the support email above. Logging out or removing the app does not delete the account or its server data.
